Why Psychology and Human Services?
The psychology and human services minor offers a rich liberal arts experience and a strong foundation that complements other majors. Through classroom discussions, students learn to evaluate secular theories from a Christian perspective. The program also encourages self-awareness and the development of personal characteristics valuable in all areas of life.
Coursework blends psychology, counseling, and social work, preparing students to apply their knowledge and experience in various occupational settings. Montreat College professors challenge students to explore the relationships between Christian faith, academic study, and secular theories.
